The Beach House (4br)

Newly completed in 2008, the Beach House is a fresh, absolutely-beachfront Bali rental villa, located in the district of Petitenget on the sweeping Seminyak Beach and blessed with magnificent unobstructed views of the Indian Ocean.

Accommodation and facilities include four air-conditioned master bedrooms, complete with audio and visual facilities and ensuite bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area, a study, and a fully-equipped kitchen. This glamorous holiday villa in Bali is complemented by a flat beachside lawn with a 15-metre swimming pool, and poolside ‘bale’-style relaxation pavilion that incorporates an extensive bar.

Three of the four ensuite bathrooms are open to the sky, while each bedroom boasts sliding glass doors opening onto a private balcony or terrace. Each luxurious king-size bed at The Beach House is oriented towards the beach ensuring that guests will be lulled to sleep by the tranquil rhythm of the breaking waves.

Kitchen
An immaculate white kitchen featuring many stainless steel household appliances is tucked away behind the bar, conveniently close to the dining area. The villa’s household staff can cook a variety of Indonesia and western dishes for you and your guests to enjoy in the dining room with a backdrop of the beach.

The villa also boasts a BBQ that can be placed in the garden on the beach for cook-outs.

Bali / Gazebo
The poolside relaxation ‘bale’(gazebo) is an open-sided pavilion with a built in daybed and a bar with a sliding door. Cooled by sea breezes and a ceiling fan, this is a wonderful spot to chill out to the sound of the ocean and enjoy late afternoon cocktails with daily front row seats for Bali’s breathtaking sunsets. It also provides an ideal space for massages.

Garden And Pool
The neat, flat garden literally spills out onto the beach unbroken by borders and fences, yet well protected by the villa’s security team.

The flat lawn is punctuated with three towering coconut palms and two fragrant frangipani trees. The enticing 15 x 5 metre, infinity-edge swimming pool is lined with rustic Java stone and bordered by a timber deck.

Food and Beverages Service
The Beach House boasts a dining service with a wonderful array of international dishes. Many Western meals are available, but we recommend you to try some of the local Balinese dishes for a unique cultural experience!

Dinner parties and small functions can all catered within the villa for group of maximum 8 guests – please ask the chef or manager for more details at any time of the day, whether you are requesting breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks.

Food & Beverage Charges
For your convenience, as with all charges, food & beverage charges will be billed to your final account and payable in total upon checkout. Please ask your manager if you wish to check your daily expense. Food items are charges at cost price plus a 20% service charge. (Staff will present receipts as proof of purchase and add to your final bill). Drinks have set prices.

Special Requests & Dietary Requirements
Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes.

Large Dining Groups
If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or villa manager.

Beverages
Please also ask the staff if you have any special beverage orders and they will accommodate your needs.

Spa Services
Massage, body scrubs, facials, pedicures, manicures, reflexology are just some of the treatments which can be enjoyed in-house. Once you are in residence, please ask the staff in advance to make an appointment.

As its name suggests The Beach House is located absolutely beach front in Petitenget, fronting on Seminyak Beach on Bali’s glorious southwestern coast, with a panoramic vista that stretches all the way down to Uluwatu on the Island’s southern tip.

This enviable location is not only metres away from the rolling surf of the Indian Ocean but also mere minutes away from a wide choice of internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku de Ta, La Lucciola, Living Room Hu’u Bar and Sarong. It is also within walking distance of a varied collection of chic designer boutiques

This is the area that is now considered to be the Seminyak ‘Prime District’ – a safe, up-market neighborhood that is home to some of the most elite properties on the island.

It is close to the well-known Oberoi and Legian Hotels, 25 minutes’ drive from the airport, and convenient for all of Bali’s main shops, shopping malls, tourist attractions and vibrant nightspots.

The sweeping beach on the doorstep of The Beach House is renowned for its world-class surf breaks, panoramic coastline views and picture-perfect sunsets. Easily accessible sporting amenities include a choice of superb championship golf courses, tennis, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and much more.

The location of The Beach House offers easy access up to the mountains and rice terraces on the western slopes; it is one hour from the famous cultural and artistic town of Ubud, and just five minutes’ from the start of the Sunset Route, gateway to the eastern side of the island.
