Villa Ginger is a three bedroom villa strategically located within easy walking distance to the famous Seminyak Beach, shopping, dining and horse riding activities in Seminyak. As the villa has been designed to recreate the ambience of a traditional Balinese compound featuring separate structures scattered across a landscaped garden Villa Ginger is the perfect introduction to a tropical lifestyle experience and is the idyllic choice for a holiday with family or a group of friends.
Villa Ginger is one of several private fully contained villas within the Green Garden Village. Being part of this setup enables larger groups to take advantage of being accommodated together in very close proximity. Villa Ginger itself is set to serve a family holiday with three king size bedrooms, although it is also still affordable as a romantic hideaway for a couple.
VILLA GINGER ACCOMMODATION
Set on 720sqm land Villa Ginger contains three ensuite bedrooms each with a king size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a private bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower, terrazzo bathtub, hot & cold running water.
There are two buildings in the compound with the main building facing east (sunrise) and pool and a guest house located at the north east corner. The main building has two bedrooms situated opposite each other with the living and dining area situated in between. The two air-conditioned bedrooms are mirror images of each other with each furnished with a king size bed, a dressing table, mirror, bedside tables and lamps.
The third bedroom is positioned in the detached guest house. It is also equipped with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and veranda area.
The living area within the main building has a large plasma television with cable TV access to over 30 international channels, CD and DVD systems. This area also includes the dining area which has a fully equipped kitchen.
The grounds of the villa are dominated by the 40m2 blue swimming pool (with an attached raised round bubble spa), two bales and lawns and gardens. One bale is a BBQ and bar area equipped with a four burner stainless steel gas BBQ and bar which is ideal for outdoor living. The second bale has a day bed which is perfect for a lazy day under the fan.
