This brand new villa consisting of 4 bedrooms plus a study is located in the most fashionable and trendy area of Seminyak, Bali, yet it still offers the seclusion, privacy and tranquillity one would desire. The villa is located within a short walking distance from the beach, fashion boutiques and interior design stores as well as a variety of health spas and a selection of restaurants offering international and local cuisines.

The villa was designed by the same architect that designed the Karma Resorts in Bali therefore attention to quality and design has not been overlooked. In addition, the fusion of tropical and modern design along with the fine selection of materials and décor have all been combined together to enhance your experience in the Villa.

The villa’s open living and dining area look out to the swimming pool and tropical garden. Be entertained in the climate controlled media room which has a large LCD TV offering multiple international Cable TV channels or watch a DVD. The media room can be completely closed off from the living or dining room or it can be left open.

With a team of well trained staff, the villa provides the quality and service one would expect from an exclusive luxury villa. The modern and fully equipped kitchen easily caters to all your needs and if required the Chef is on hand to prepare both snacks and full meals. Invite friends for sunset cocktails by the pool, or an intimate group for fine dining.

At the end of the day the staff can organize a Balinese massage for any of the guests either at the villa or at one of the many spas located close by.

Bedrooms

Villa Suar consists of two large Master Bedrooms, one of which has an adjoining Study that can be converted into a fifth bedroom suitable for up to 2 children and two Regular Bedrooms. The Master Bedrooms have King Beds while the regular bedrooms have King Beds that can be split into twin (single) beds.

All the bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms, cable TV and have been appointed with the highest level of furniture and fittings. All the rooms overlook the pool and garden area and are each individually climate controlled via air conditioning. Some of the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
